Description
These are called black comets by my supplier. I’ve only seen them a couple times over the last 10 years, and still have a couple from a shipment from 8 years ago. These fish appear to actually be a sort of hybrid, and get large, but not nearly as large as koi. The 8 year olds that I have are now about 18 inches, but with deep bodies and wide/broad tails. Super hardy fish, very unique, and extremely fast and responsive.
