When are your auctions? With some exceptions, our auctions will run every weekend, starting on Friday at 8:00 PM EST and ending on Sunday at 8:00 PM EST.

How does the Auction work?  A quick tutorial that explains how to register and use the auctions can be found here…

What forms of payment do you accept?  The easiest way to check out and pay for your fish is with Paypal.    I can also accept payment information securely over the phone using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover card.  Any questions can also be answered at that time.  I also accept Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks, but these must be received and cleared before the shipment is sent.

Where are the fish shipped from?  Fish are shipped from our location in Clarkston, Michigan.

Can we visit your store?  At this time, we are strictly internet based, and not open to the public.

Can you ship outside the USA?  Due to import/export restrictions, I cannot ship outside the USA.

Can I buy fish outside of the auctions (directly from you)?  At this time, I only sell fish via the auctions.

Do you sell wholesale?  At this time, I do not offer wholesale.

Do you quarantine your fish? Unlike many companies, we actually quarantine our fish, and take it very seriously.  This includes physical exams, microscopy, and prophylactic treatments over a period of at least 4 weeks before any fish is sold.  Do a quick web search on Dandy Orandas, and you will quickly find that we have the best reputation in the business for healthy, disease-free fish.

What is your guarantee?  Fish are guaranteed for live delivery only. There is no additional guarantee on the goldfish, as I cannot control their environment beyond delivery.  All of our fish are quarantined for at least 4 weeks, and only healthy fish are shipped to our customers.

I’m 11 years old.  Can I buy your fish?  I assume that everyone participating in my auctions is an adult, or at least has permission to buy fish.  If you are not an adult, please ask your parent or guardian for permission before bidding on fish.
