GOLDFISH ACROSS AMERICA TOUR!!!

Dandy Orandas has customers in every state of the USA. I know some quite well and consider many of you to be friends at this point. I've had an idea for nearly 20 years that it would be great to actually meet many of you in person someday. I've always had fish here though, so it's been nearly impossible to leave, even for a day. The decision to forego imports due to tariffs provides the freedom to finally make my idea happen.

I plan on doing a tour of the Southern Half of the USA, starting in late February. That will include stops at various locations to talk goldfish, with video interviews of people, their setups, their fish, etc.. I already have several interesting places and people lined up, but am inviting everyone out there to possibly be a part of the tour. There is still a lot of planning ...exact locations, timing, etc., but I hope to piece those details together in the upcoming weeks.

The pic below is a rough sketch of my tentative route. It is not exact, and there will likely be some deviation, but I don't plan on being in the north half of the USA at this time.

Anyway, if you would be interested in having me stop by your area, I'd love to see everyone I can during this tour. And, you don't have to be an old customer...I hope to meet lots of new people too! If interested and close to my route, please email me with some basic info....

SUPER GOLD is here!!!Â Â Iâ€™ve been dreaming about this for decades! Â After years of research, and months of trials, my new food is finally ready for sale. Â Unhappy with most of the â€œgoldfish foodâ€ Iâ€™ve tried over the years, I knew there had to be a better solution for these fish. Â Unfortunately, most products are made of what I call â€œeconomyâ€ ingredients. Â Some are hard to even defineâ€¦.like â€œfish mealâ€. Â After much study, Iâ€™ve found that fish meal can include left over parts of the fish, including bones, scales and even guts. Â I asked several people about this, and no one could tell me exactly what was in it, or even what species of fish (much like â€œhotdogsâ€â€¦what the heck is in there???), so I crossed that off my list immediately. Â Additionally, many other cheap ingredients simply are not that great for Goldfish.Â Â Also, most foods are totally dry, and not ideal for digestion in Goldfish, causing potential problems with balance/buoyancy after eating and even constipation. Â Iâ€™ve experimented with many homemade formulas, with emphasis on gel foods for excellent digestion and assimilation. Â I wanted my food to include the highest quality ingredients, and a wide-spectrum of them, to provide a complete nutrition. Â As you know, Iâ€™ve been advocating Soilent Green for my fish, as thatâ€™s the best thing Iâ€™ve used in my nearly 50 years in the hobby. Â Still, I kept experimenting with additional ingredients, always looking to make the food even better. Â Iâ€™ve also consulted with many people in the hobby, including top Goldfish experts in China, to get their thoughts on target nutritional specs, and recommended ingredients. Â I finally approached Allen Repashy about this idea over two years ago, and then met with him to work out the final formula last winter. Â Repashy has 40 different and unique formulas for all kinds of animals, and Allen was able to offer lots of additional expert advice regarding the advantages of various ingredients. Â It would have been easy to make this just another â€œeconomyâ€ food, but I told him I was more interested in making it the Best Food.
