Description
My supplier called this purple/red, but I’ve also heard it referred to as “Antique Metallic”, which I think better describes this unique color. Beautiful fish, with huge fins. Bent pec fins are pretty common on these long-finned fish. While considered a “defect”, I kinda like it on this one. It seems to add to its personality, and it reminds me of someone directing traffic….motioning you to move to the right. This bend does not seem to limit the fish’s motion. In fact, it swims very well for a veil-type.
