Description
These came in last June. While I specialize in fancies, I am always on the lookout for anything extra nice or special. So, I brought these in, but unlike fancies, these can be too powerful for their own good. They basically were too rowdy when shipped, and had a fair amount of fin damage. I let them heal in ponds outside, then brought them in last fall, and they managed to beat themselves up again once inside! Very hardy, but now with scarring in the fins, these have been great fish, and the photos reveal details that aren’t that noticeable when viewed from above in a pond.  This one is different, in a lighter color that stands out.
