Description
Big, stocky body on this one with deep color. Â Very cute head/face and showy upright dorsal. Â I’ve always been drawn to this nice oranda as it stands out among the others in the shipment. Â It’s an impressive fish. Â It wasn’t until I photographed it that I realized it has an anomalous tail feature. Â The caudals have developed in such a way that there is a “third upper caudal”, almost like a rudder. Â It doesn’t affect the fish’s motion, and it kind of interesting in that it is white and orange, rather than black.
