HUMONGOUS Red Oranda

I’ve imported thousands of nice orandas over the years, but this is absolutely one of the biggest, nicest, and most impressive ones I’ve ever seen.   I’m not real happy with the photos, but this one is simply too huge to fit into my photo tank, so pics are taken in its regular tank where lighting is not as optimal.   I’m not sure that it’s SIZE can be realized either, but at nearly 12 INCHES, just its ventral fin is larger than my golfball reference.  Another reference for sheer size is the 4. 25 inch oranda in the tank with it.  It’s not all about size though, as this one has great overall quality, including excellent motion and balance.  Truly one of the most impressive fish I’ve ever imported.
